Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in Glendale, AZ seeks a Store Supervisor capable of stepping in when the Site Manager is unavailable. You will oversee ordering and stocking vending, train new hires, and help with opening/closing checklists and loading techniques.

You will lead staff with strong sales and customer service, schedule shifts, respond to voicemails and emails, and support monthly team meetings. Three+ years retail and supervisory experience preferred; High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 6 months to 1 year retail/management experience preferred.
• Leadership and communication skills including active listening.
• Experience with team building.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong work ethics and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
• Responsible for ordering and stocking of vending.
• Effectively provide training to new hires.
• Able to train on Opening/Closing checklists and proper loading techniques to teammates.
• Responsible for training Fast Pass sales techniques to the team.
• Professionally responds to voicemails and emails in a timely manner.
• Able to create an effective schedule.
• Complete knowledge of Car Wash vacuum system operation.
• Able to clean the vacuum system (pressure washing the system).
• Support the Site Manager during monthly team meetings.
• Assist with on-site Supervisor Courses.
• Supervise teammates completing PM and assess if further training is needed.
• Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown.
