Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a full-time store manager to lead the team when the Site Manager is unavailable. Responsibilities include ordering and stocking vending, training new hires, and managing opening/closing procedures and scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management experience preferred.
• Leadership and communication skills including active listening.
• Experience with team building.

Responsibilities

• Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
• Responsible for ordering and stocking of vending.
• Provide training to new hires.
• Train on Opening/Closing checklists and loading techniques.
• Train Fast Pass sales techniques to the team.
• Create an effective schedule.
• Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown.
