Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Three or more years of retail experience with at least one year in a management role.
• Valid driver’s license with post-offer MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new employees, train and coach staff, schedule shifts, and manage overtime.
• Grow sales volume and site profitability.
• Manage operating P&L and understand how costs affect margins and pricing.
• Ensure customer inquiries and incidents are resolved promptly.
• Enforce safety procedures and vehicle-damage claim processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
