Job summary

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to anticipate customer needs.
- Able to work weekends.
- Demonstrates responsibility while Site Manager is off site.
- Enforces all safety policies.
- Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
- Assist Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.
- Able to clean out solenoids.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt excellent customer service and greet customers.
- Explain wash options and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot basic XPT and DRB issues and follow DRB protocol.
- Attend maintenance training and complete 5-day maintenance reports.
- Perform opening/closing procedures and site upkeep.
