Job summary

Circle K in Glendale, AZ is seeking a supervisory retail professional to act as the manager in charge when the Site Manager is unavailable. You will order and stock vending, train new hires, and lead on opening/closing procedures to ensure smooth shifts.

Responsibilities include scheduling, supervising PMs, and training on sales techniques and loading methods. You will maintain the car wash system, lead monthly meetings, and uphold safety standards in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail/management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and clear communication with team members.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation with problem-solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills and reliable work ethic are essential.

Responsibilities

• Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
• Responsible for ordering and stocking of vending.
• Provide training to new hires and on opening/closing checklists.
• Train on Fast Pass sales techniques and loading techniques to teammates.
• Respond to voicemails and emails promptly and professionally.
• Create an effective staff schedule and supervise PMs.
• Oversee car wash vacuum system operation and maintenance.
• Lead monthly team meetings and support on-site Supervisor Courses.
• Ensure daily operations and safety compliance in outdoor car wash environment.
• Supervise teammates and assess training needs; complete daily breakdowns.
