Job summary

Circle K is seeking a store supervisor/assistant manager for Store 2709579 in Bullhead City, AZ. The role requires stepping in for the Site Manager as needed and overseeing daily operations at the car wash location.

Responsibilities include training staff, managing opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and ensuring proper loading techniques. Candidates should have 3+ years in retail with supervisory experience; strong leadership and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred.
• Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role. Candidates with supervisory experience from a Big Box environment or auto industry, car wash or lube store are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
• Responsible for ordering and stocking of vending
• Effectively provide training to new hires
• Able to train on Opening/Closing checklists and proper loading techniques to teammates.
• Responsible for training Fast Pass sales techniques to the team
• Professionally responds to voicemails and emails in a timely manner.
• Able to create an effective schedule.
• Complete knowledge of Car Wash vacuum system operation
• Able to clean the vacuum system (pressure washing the system)
• Support the Site Manager during monthly team meetings.
• Assist with on-site Supervisor Courses
• Supervise teammates completing PM and assess if further training is needed.
• Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown
