Qualifications

• Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role.
• Leadership and communication skills including active listening.
• Experience with team building; excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
• Responsible for ordering and stocking of vending.
• Effectively provide training to new hires.
• Train on Opening/Closing checklists and loading techniques to teammates.
• Train Fast Pass sales techniques to the team.
• Respond to voicemails and emails in a timely manner.
• Create an effective schedule.
• Complete knowledge of Car Wash vacuum system operation; clean the vacuum system.
• Support the Site Manager during monthly team meetings.
• Assist with on-site Supervisor Courses.
• Supervise teammates completing PM and assess if further training is needed.
• Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown.
