Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in Green Valley, AZ is seeking a manager-level candidate to serve as the on-site leader when the Site Manager is unavailable.

You will oversee ordering and stocking of vending, train new hires, and manage opening/closing duties while ensuring safe car wash operations. The role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years of retail experience with at least 1 year in supervision; strong leadership, sales and customer service skills, and proficient computer use are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 3+ years retail experience with 1+ year in supervision.
• Leadership and communication skills including active listening.
• Experience building teams and delivering strong customer service.
• Ability to use computer systems and POS software.

Responsibilities

• Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
• Responsible for ordering and stocking of vending.
• Effectively provide training to new hires.
• Train on opening/closing checklists and loading techniques.
• Train Fast Pass sales techniques to the team.
• Respond to voicemails and emails promptly.
• Create an effective on-site schedule.
• Knowledge of car wash vacuum system operation and cleaning.
• Support Site Manager during monthly team meetings.
• Supervise teammates and assess training needs.
• Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown.
