Job summary

Circle K at Store 2709037 in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Store Supervisor with 3+ years of retail experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory role. You will train staff, supervise shifts, and take on Site Manager responsibilities when needed, while delivering excellent customer service in a busy car wash environment.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and sales skills, plus reliability and comfort with computers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred.
• Leadership and communication skills including active listening.
• Experience with team building.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills; anticipate customer needs; proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach staff, engage and recognize employees.
• Perform shift supervision and assume Site Manager responsibilities when needed.
• Train all duties of CSR, S1, S2 positions in accordance with company guidelines and performance standards.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Ensure that customers are satisfied and that inquiries, incidents and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Report all incidents to the Site Manager and adhere to safety procedures.
• Ensure the site follows all approved vehicle damage claim procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain open availability; work opposite shift of Site Manager.
