Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in Dublin, Ohio, is seeking a Store Supervisor to act as the manager in charge when the Site Manager is unavailable. You will oversee ordering and stocking of vending, train new hires, and ensure smooth opening/closing operations with effective scheduling.

The role requires strong leadership, sales and customer service skills, and proficiency with POS systems. Prior supervisory experience in retail or automotive environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of retail experience with at least 1 year in supervisory/management role preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Act as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
• Order and stock vending supplies.
• Provide training to new hires and oversee on-opening/closing checklists.
• Train team on Fast Pass sales techniques and customer service.
• Create effective work schedules and supervise daily activities.
• Oversee car wash vacuum system operations and maintenance.
• Support Site Manager in monthly team meetings and training sessions.
• Ensure timely responses to voicemails and emails.
