Job summary

Circle K East Dundee is seeking a dedicated retail supervisor to act as the on-site manager when the Site Manager is unavailable. You will order and stock vending, train new hires, and guide the team on opening/closing checklists and loading techniques for car wash operations.

You should have 3+ years of retail experience with supervisory duties, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficient computer abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
• Responsible for ordering and stocking of vending.
• Effectively provide training to new hires.
• Able to train on Opening/Closing checklists and proper loading techniques to teammates.
• Responsible for training Fast Pass sales techniques to the team.
• Professionally responds to voicemails and emails in a timely manner.
• Able to create an effective schedule.
• Complete knowledge of Car Wash vacuum system operation.
• Able to clean the vacuum system (pressure washing the system).
• Support the Site Manager during monthly team meetings.
• Assist with on-site Supervisor Courses.
• Supervise teammates completing PM and assess if further training is needed.
• Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown.
