Job summary

Qualifications
- Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role.
- Experience in Big Box, auto industry, car wash or lube store is encouraged.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Act as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
- Order and stock vending items and manage inventory.
- Train new hires and lead opening/closing procedures.
- Train on Fast Pass sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Create effective employee schedules and supervise PM activities.
- Oversee car wash vacuum system operation and maintenance.
- Support monthly team meetings and supervise on-site supervisor courses.
- Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown.
