Fields Auto Group seeks an Automotive Product Specialist in Northfield, IL. You’ll greet customers, demo vehicle tech, and guide buyers through the sales process, becoming the vehicle expert on offerings, packages, and features.

You’ll tailor vehicle delivery to client needs, perform CRM follow-ups, and maintain a high-energy, customer-focused demeanor across daily shifts that run 9:00–18:00 and 12:00–20:00; Sundays closed.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide clients as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
• Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs.
• Assist clients in identifying a vehicle that fulfills their wants and needs.
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicle's operational features.
• Daily follow-up using the dealership's CRM system.
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day.
• Schedule will be 3 shifts, 9:00 am-6:00 pm, and 2 shifts of 12:00 pm-8:00 pm.
