Job summary

Fields Auto Group in Northfield IL is seeking an Automotive Product Specialist to demo vehicles, selling the technology that buyers crave and helping customers with operating features.

As the first point of contact, you’ll greet guests, uncover needs, and guide them toward the right vehicle, leveraging product knowledge and CRM follow-ups to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide clients as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
• Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs.
• Assist clients in identifying a vehicle that fulfills their wants and needs.
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicle's operational features.
• Daily follow-up using the dealership's CRM.
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
• Schedule will be 3 shifts, 9:00 am-6:00 pm, and 2 shifts of 12:00 pm-8:00 pm (we are closed on Sundays).

The Product Specialist role is instrumental to our store’s day-to-day operations, providing product demos to prospects, selling the technology that buyers crave, assisting customers with technology, and solving problems quickly and efficiently.

As a JEEP Product Specialist, you’re highly skilled at uncovering customers’ needs, then following through with enlightening solutions. Not only are you the first person customers meet when they enter the store, but you’re also the person who guides them — advising and even setting up their new products.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record according to the dealership's guidelines.
