Job summary

Fields Auto Group in Northfield, IL is seeking an Automotive Product Specialist to drive technology demos and guide customers through the sales process. You will become the expert on product offerings, packages, and latest technology, helping clients choose vehicles that meet their needs and ensuring they understand operation features.

You will perform CRM follow-ups, maintain energy and a positive attitude, and work across three shifts: 9:00 am–6:00 pm and 12:00 pm–8:00 pm, with Sundays closed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide clients to begin the sales process.
• Understand client needs and present suitable vehicle features and tech.
• Be the vehicle expert on offerings, packages and technology.
• Demonstrate product operation and customization of delivery.
• Conduct daily follow-ups using the dealership CRM.
• Maintain positive attitude and performance across shifts.
