Job summary

Highlands Oncology Group is seeking a Cellular Therapies Coordinator to act as the primary clinical liaison for patients undergoing cellular therapies in the outpatient setting. You will coordinate referrals, eligibility evaluation, treatment planning, collection and manufacturing processes, infusion, toxicity monitoring, and post-treatment follow-up.

The role requires RN licensure, BLS, 1–3 years of oncology nursing experience, and familiarity with cellular therapies.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current license.
• BSN preferred.
• OCN® preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clinical liaison and navigator for patients undergoing cellular therapy in the outpatient setting.
• Coordinate referrals, eligibility evaluation, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nursing, pharmacy, and external centers to ensure safe, timely care.
• Monitor treatment timelines and manage regulatory and quality documentation.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding cellular therapies, schedules, and adverse effects.
• Support program development and process improvement to enhance patient experience.
