Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a CAR-T Nurse Coordinator to serve as the primary clinical coordinator for patients undergoing cellular therapy, including CAR-T therapy and other immune effector cell therapies. This full-time role coordinates care across the continuum to ensure safe, timely treatment and regulatory/compliance adherence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Registered Nurse license required with Basic Life Support.
• 1–3 years of related experience in clinical care or coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for CAR-T patients from referral to discharge and follow-up.
• Schedule consultations, diagnostics, and treatments; obtain pre-authorization as needed.
• Liaise with patients, families, physicians, and departments for seamless treatment delivery.
• Educate patients and families and participate in rounds and case conferences.
• Lead process improvement and stay updated with clinical knowledge.
