Job summary

Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute in Tulsa, OK seeks a Cellular Therapy Program Coordinator, RN to lead CAR-T coordination in outpatient care. You will educate patients, coordinate treatments, oversee scheduling, and track products within a multidisciplinary cancer care team.

The role requires an RN with oncology experience, BLS, and chemotherapy certification (ONS/ONCC) either current or to be obtained on hire, ensuring adherence to REMS and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Five+ years of oncology experience in a clinical setting.
• Current RN license and ongoing education requirements.
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Certification required or to be obtained on hire.
• Knowledge of cancer treatment medications and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of care for CAR-T and IEC therapies in outpatient oncology.
• Serve as clinical and operational liaison among patients, caregivers, and departments.
• Provide patient education, treatment coordination, scheduling oversight, and product tracking.
• Monitor post-infusion care and ensure compliance with REMS and accreditation standards.
• Support adherence to institutional policies and manufacturer guidelines.
