Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• RN license required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• 1-3 years related work experience required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification required.
• Experience with computer systems including web-based applications and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care from referral to discharge and follow-up.
• Receive consults and coordinate patient scheduling (consultations, diagnostics, treatments).
• Gather history, perform assessments, order labs and diagnostics.
• Educate patients/families and contribute to patient rounds and conferences.
• Lead process improvements and provide education to staff.
