Responsibilities

• Plan and implement critical studies for building next generation lentiviral vector platforms.
• Apply knowledge of lentiviral vector biology to develop and optimize cargo delivery in CAR-T cells.
• Interface with immunologists to interpret data and enable science-driven decisions on T-cell activation and differentiation.
• Synthesize information from complex datasets to guide program decisions.
• Provide scientific insights on cross-functional assignments related to evaluation of lentiviral vectors.
• Advise on department-level strategic decisions and mentor junior colleagues.
• Design experiments, organize results, and communicate progress for Go/No Go decisions.
• Collaborate across teams to adopt novel methods and designs in programs.
