Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Specialist, CAR-T Lifecycle Management to support production of personalized cell therapy products for global trials and commercial supply.

You will lead multidisciplinary projects, develop inputs for process automation, and manage external resources while collaborating with Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality teams to ensure regulatory and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (science or engineering) required.
• 5+ years of cGMP experience in Cell Therapy.
• 2+ years of hands-on Process Engineering activities.
• 2+ years of direct project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-floor process support for ongoing manufacturing activities.
• Develop inputs into electronic batch records/process automation technologies.
• Lead project teams to schedule, execute, and present results to stakeholders.
• Support process improvement initiatives and change management.
