Responsabilités

• Greet and assist showroom guests and visitors.
• Offer test drives and verify identification prior to the drive.
• Deliver vehicles and explain features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Maintain confidential customer information in the Dealership Management System.
• Assist in writing sales orders and processing paperwork per policy.
• Introduce customers to Sales Managers for meetings with management.
• Schedule test drives and vehicle deliveries with buyers.
• Promote a positive, collaborative team environment.
