You will explain features and warranties, arrange test drives, collect required information, handle paperwork, and work with Sales Managers to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication skills with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in showroom or lot and offer tailored assistance.
• Arrange test drives and obtain proper identification from prospects.
• Explain vehicle features, warranties, and paperwork to customers.
• Maintain confidential customer information in the DMS.
• Write sales orders and process paperwork per dealership policies.
• Introduce customers to Sales Managers for meetings.
• Schedule test drives and vehicle deliveries for interested buyers.
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment.
