You will write sales orders, coordinate with Sales Managers, schedule appointments, and maintain customer data in the dealership management system. A strong customer-service background and professional appearance are essential.

Formación

• Full-time availability and must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication with staff and guests.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and offer tailored assistance to guests entering showroom or lot.
• Offer test drives and obtain proper identification from prospects.
• Deliver vehicles and explain operating features, warranties, and paperwork.
• Maintain confidential customer info in the Dealership Management System.
• Assist in writing complete sales orders and processing paperwork.
• Introduce customers to Sales Managers for meetings with management.
• Schedule appointments for test drives and vehicle delivery.
• Drive the team to maintain a high-energy, productive work environment.
