Responsibilities

• Greet guests in showroom and offer tailored assistance.
• Offer test drives and collect ID from prospects.
• Deliver vehicles and explain features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Maintain confidential customer information in Dealership Management System.
• Write complete sales orders and process paperwork per dealership policies.
• Introduce customers to Sales Managers for management meetings.
• Schedule test drives and vehicle deliveries.
• Help maintain a positive team environment.
