Job summary

Schomp Subaru in Aurora, CO is seeking a motivated Sales Professional to build lasting relationships with guests and guide them through the full vehicle purchase process. You will learn our One Price, One Person, One Hour methodology and participate in a four-week training program.

Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, presenting vehicle options, and coordinating with Finance. A high-energy, service-focused attitude is essential; weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in product or retail sales preferred.
• Availability to work retail hours including Saturdays and holidays.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Able to learn CRM, Google Suite, and automotive software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals.
• Obtain expert product knowledge and confidently describe or demonstrate vehicle technology, features, and accessories.
• Identify and understand the customer's needs, preferences, and budget, and assist them in their selection by providing vehicle options that meet their needs.
• Promote vehicle protection plans such as GAP, service, dent, or windshield.
• Lead the sales finance process with each customer.
• Partner with the Finance team on customer financing options based on their credit, budget, down payment, and trade-in values.
