Job summary

Schomp Subaru in Aurora, CO is seeking a full-time Sales Professional to build lasting relationships with guests and guide them to the best vehicle match. The One Price, One Person, One Hour model ensures transparent pricing and a smooth experience.

You will lead the financing process with our finance team, manage CRM and Google Suite, and deliver exceptional customer service. Weekend availability and a valid driver's license required; benefits include medical, dental, 401(k), and employee

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
Experience in product or retail sales preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals.
Obtain expert product knowledge and confidently describe or demonstrate vehicle technology, features, and accessories.
Identify customer needs, preferences, and budget, and assist in selecting options that meet their needs.
Promote vehicle protection plans such as GAP, service, dent, or windshield.
Lead the sales finance process with each customer.
Partner with the Finance team on financing options based on credit, budget, and trade-in values.
Use the CRM system to manage relationships, schedule appointments, and respond to internet leads.
