Schomp Automotive Group in Aurora, CO is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our team. Located at 580 S Havana St, we offer a One Price, One Hour sales model with a draw plus commissions after a 60-day training period.

Build lasting guest relationships, showcase vehicle features, and guide customers through financing options. Training is thorough, and benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in product or retail sales preferred.
• Competitive drive and a heart for customer care.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to use CRM, Google Suite, and automotive software as required.
• Availability to work retail hours including Saturdays and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals.
• Explain vehicle features, options, and technology to customers.
• Identify customer needs and present suitable vehicle options.
• Promote vehicle protection plans (GAP, service, dent, windshield).
• Lead the sales finance process with each customer.
• Collaborate with Finance on funding options based on credit and budget.
• Use CRM to manage relationships, schedule appointments, and respond to leads.
