Job summary

Metro Kia of Madison is seeking motivated Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Madison, WI. This role focuses on greeting customers, presenting vehicle options, assessing needs, and guiding buyers through the purchase process.

You will work with management and finance to close deals while delivering a professional, transparent experience. Ideal candidates have strong communication, customer service or sales experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process.
• Provide knowledgeable presentations on new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions.
• Work closely with management and finance to complete sales transactions.
• Maintain accurate customer and deal documentation.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build repeat business.
• Deliver a professional, positive, and transparent customer experience.
