Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service Experience.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic in a team environment.
• Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers who enter the dealership, answer questions and help them select a vehicle.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Explain product performance, options, and benefits to prospects and describe available equipment.
• Deliver vehicles, ensuring customers understand operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Stay informed about inventory, features, and how they benefit customers.
• Introduce customers to service department staff to highlight quality and efficiency.
