Job summary

Cavender Subaru of Midland Odessa in Midland, Texas, is seeking talented Sales Consultants to join our growing team and help Make Confidence Happen every day. We welcome veterans and military spouses, with a robust first-four-month pay plan designed to support new hires.

You will greet customers, present vehicles, and guide them through financing options, while utilizing CRM to track interactions and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Sales or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Strong communications skills required.
• Submit to MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs and lead them through the sales process including vehicle selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork.
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles/cars.
• Use CRM tool to track all customer interactions.
• Present customer deal structure and additional finance products.
• Follow up with customers to maintain high satisfaction.
• Complete ongoing training modules to stay abreast of new vehicle products and features.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Arrange delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email.
