Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle sales process from start to finish.
• Assist customers with vehicle selection, test drives, financing options, and paperwork.
• Deliver professional and knowledgeable presentations of new and used vehicles.
• Build strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and communication.
• Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage customer interactions and sales activities.
• Present vehicle pricing, deal structures, and additional finance products.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Stay current on vehicle products, features, accessories, and manufacturer training.
• Arrange for vehicle delivery and registration.
• Generate business through phone calls, emails, prospecting, and referrals.
