Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• MVR, background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Receptionist experience in automotive dealership preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills including Inventory Control software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones professionally within three rings and transfer to appropriate destination.
• Take messages when the requested person is unavailable.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers promptly with friendly, professional service.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance at all times.
• Call customers when license plates arrive and maintain a license plate log.
• Other duties as assigned
