Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is offering a Leadership Development Program in the United States. The program rotates through customer service, sales, operations, and financial performance to prepare you for leadership roles.

You will learn coaching, daily operations, and how to drive results while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of leadership experience, and a valid license; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or technical certification required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing people and customer service.
• Strong business and financial acumen for performance analysis.
• Ability to lead teams and drive results with accountability.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Car Care Center operations: finances, payroll, expenses, inventory, staffing, and shop efficiency.
• Track sales and financial results; implement plans to reach performance and profitability goals.
• Recruit, develop, schedule, coach, and manage employees to sustain productivity and service standards.
• Partner with Area/Regional leadership on hiring, compensation, promotions, performance management, and terminations.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences by resolving concerns and addressing needs.
• Maintain a safe, compliant workplace by enforcing safety and investigating incidents.
