Job summary

The Auto Club Group in Fort Mill is seeking candidates for its Leadership Development Program, a hands-on path to leading a Car Care Center. You will rotate through customer service, sales, operations, and financial performance while learning coaching, daily operations, and results delivery.

You will work alongside experienced leaders to build leadership skills, lead teams, and drive customer satisfaction. The role requires growth mindset, readiness to lead, and commitment to achieving business

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, and/or technical school certification required.
• Two or more years of leadership experience.
• Strong business and financial acumen to analyze performance and make decisions.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results through collaboration.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with leaders and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Car Care operations, including financial performance and staffing.
• Monitor sales and financial results and implement action plans.
• Recruit, develop, and coach employees to maintain productivity and service standards.
• Partner with Area/Regional leadership on hiring and performance management.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and opportunities.
• Maintain a safe, compliant workplace and implement corrective actions.
