AAA The Auto Club Group is launching a Leadership Development Program to rotate through core Car Care Center operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, operations, and financial performance while learning to coach teams and manage daily business activities.

The role emphasizes leadership growth, accountability, and delivering outstanding customer experiences across shifts, with a path to advance into leadership positions.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification acceptable.
• Two+ years of leadership experience including managing direct reports and customer service.
• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to analyze performance and make decisions.
• Proven ability to lead teams, collaborate, and drive results.
• Effective communicator with ability to build relationships with leaders and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Car Care operations including financial performance, payroll, expenses, inventory, staffing and shop throughput.
• Monitor sales and financial results and implement action plans to reach profitability goals.
• Recruit, develop, schedule, coach, and manage staff to maintain productivity and service standards.
• Partner with Area/Regional leadership on hiring, compensation, promotions, performance management and terminations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience by addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for member needs.
• Maintain a safe, compliant workplace by enforcing safety standards and investigating incidents.
