Job summary

The Auto Club Group is hiring for a Leadership Development Program position designed to groom future leaders across customer service, sales, operations, and financial performance. You will rotate through key areas, coach teams, and drive results while delivering exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of leadership experience, including managing direct reports and delivering face-to-face customer service.
• Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze performance, identify opportunities, assess risks, and make sound business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Car Care operations, including financial performance, payroll, expenses, inventory, staffing, and shop efficiency.
• Monitor sales and financial results, implementing action plans to achieve performance and profitability goals.
• Recruit, develop, schedule, coach, and manage employees to maintain productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Partner with Area/Regional leadership on hiring, compensation, promotions, performance management, and terminations.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by resolving concerns, addressing complaints, and identifying opportunities to meet additional member/customer needs.
• Maintain a safe, compliant workplace by enforcing safety standards, investigating incidents, and implementing corrective actions.
