Job summary

AAA-The Auto Club Group in the United States is seeking candidates for its Leadership Development Program. You’ll gain hands-on experience running a Car Care Center, rotating through customer service, sales, operations and financial performance to develop leaders from the ground up.

You’ll work with experienced leaders to coach teams, manage daily operations, and drive results while delivering an exceptional member and customer experience. This program offers a fast path to leadership.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of leadership experience including managing direct reports and customer service.
• Strong business and financial acumen to analyze performance and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Car Care operations including financial performance, payroll, expenses, inventory, staffing, and shop efficiency.
• Monitor sales and financial results and implement action plans to hit performance goals.
• Recruit, develop, schedule, coach, and manage employees to maintain productivity and service standards.
• Partner with Area/Regional leadership on hiring, compensation, promotions, performance management, and terminations.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by resolving concerns and identifying opportunities to meet member needs.
• Maintain a safe, compliant workplace by enforcing safety standards and investigating incidents.
