Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist in Hardeeville, SC to acquire inventory by purchasing customer vehicles and delivering an exceptional buying experience. You will manage customer expectations and communicate throughout the We'll Buy Your Car process.

Responsibilities include responding to leads, identifying private sellers, scheduling appraisals, and processing same-day payments. Strong communication and organization are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Responds to incoming leads by phone, online, or walk-in to generate appraisals.
• Identifies and engages private parties looking to sell their vehicle using available resources.
• Sets up dealership visits for vehicle appraisal and processing.
• Executes the We'll Buy Your Car same-day payment process.
• Reviews vehicle condition reports and inspects vehicles on-site.
• Interacts with customers throughout the day, in person and by phone.
• Refer customers who prefer trade-in to the sales team.
