AutoNation is seeking a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist in Kentucky to acquire inventory by purchasing customer vehicles and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the We'll Buy Your Car process.

You will engage leads, set appointments for appraisals, and ensure timely same-day payment, while maintaining a high standard of service and trust with customers. Competitive benefits and a strong team environment await.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Extremely self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Ability to drive an exceptional customer experience.
• Excellent communication, prospecting, and interpersonal skills.
• Organization and follow-up skills.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid In-State Driver's License and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Responds to incoming leads via AutoNation and third-party websites, by phone, internet and walk-in traffic.
• Identifies and engages private parties looking to sell their vehicle.
• Sets up appointments with potential customers to visit the dealership for an appraisal.
• Executes the AutoNation We'll Buy Your Car Same-Day Payment process.
• Reviews vehicle condition reports and inspects vehicles onsite.
• Interacts with customers throughout the day, both in person and over the phone.
• Refer customers who prefer to trade-in to the sales team.
