Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist in Georgia to acquire inventory by purchasing customer vehicles. You will engage customers via phone, online, and in person, set up appraisal appointments, and complete the we'll-buy-your-car payment process.

The role offers hourly pay plus bonuses for each vehicle purchased and a path into growth opportunities. You’ll work in a dynamic, customer-focused team environment with flexible hours and a strong culture of trust and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Extremely self-motivated.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Excellent communication, prospecting, and interpersonal skills.
• Organization and follow-up skills.
• Experience with technology.
• Valid in-state driver's license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Responds to incoming leads via AutoNation and third-party websites, by phone, internet and walk-in traffic.
• Sets up appointments with potential customers to visit the dealership for an appraisal.
• Executes the AutoNation We'll Buy Your Car Same-Day Payment process.
• Reviews vehicle condition reports and inspects vehicles onsite.
• Interacts with customers throughout the day, both in person and over the phone.
• Refer customers who prefer to trade-in instead of selling their vehicles to the sales team.
