Responsibilities

• Audit car hire expenses and revenues to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.
• Perform detailed data entry of car hire transactions into the accounting system.
• Process time claims and counterclaims with accurate documentation and resolution.
• Prepare data for monthly billbacks to customers leasing company owned railcars.
• Collaborate with internal departments to identify and resolve discrepancies related to car hire charges.
• Maintain accurate records to support internal and external audit requirements.
