Intuitive Machines is seeking a Capture Specialist to lead pursuits for U.S. government customers, including NASA and national security programs. You will shape capture plans, develop win themes, and coordinate across engineering, finance, contracts, and legal to produce compelling proposals.

The role blends capture planning, technical writing, and proposal leadership within BD, delivering high-quality submissions on schedule with attention to page limits and attachments.

Qualifications

• Lead proposals from solicitation review through submission.
• Develop capture strategies and opportunity qualification.
• Strong technical writing and editing for diverse audiences.
• Coordinate inputs across engineering, legal, finance and contract teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead capture planning for assigned pursuits and maintain capture plans.
• Collaborate on customer engagement, teaming strategies, and win themes.
• Analyze RFPs, SOWs, evaluation criteria, and create compliance matrices.
• Own proposal execution, including kickoff, schedules, resources, and milestones.
• Write and integrate executive summaries, technical and management narratives, and past performance.
