Intuitive Machines in Houston seeks a Capture Specialist to lead assigned pursuits from early planning through proposal submission, focusing on U.S. government customers including NASA and national security programs.

You will transform customer objectives and complex solicitation requirements into competitive capture strategies and clear, compliant proposals, coordinating with Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Legal, and other contributors to deliver high-quality submissions on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in capture, proposal management, business development, or related roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead proposals from solicitation review through submission.
• Strong technical writing and editing skills; explain complex requirements clearly.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional contributors, managing concurrent deadlines.
• Working knowledge of federal acquisition and proposal evaluation processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with collaboration tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead capture planning for assigned pursuits, assessing priorities, timelines, competitors, capabilities, and gaps.
• Collaborate with BD on customer engagement and teaming strategies; develop win themes and differentiators.
• Analyze RFPs and proposals; translate requirements into outlines, matrices, and assignments.
• Own proposal execution, including kickoff, schedules, resources, reviews, and updates.
• Write and integrate executive summaries, technical and management narratives, past performance, and other materials.
• Coordinate inputs to ensure scope, assumptions, schedules, and pricing are consistent; assist with pricing strategy.
• Lead proposal reviews with engineers, editors, and graphics to strengthen clarity and presentation.
• Oversee final compliance, production, approvals, and on-time submission.
• Maintain reusable content and past performance records; capture lessons learned.
