CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Capture Manager I to lead capture activities for defense and security programs. You will develop capture plans, build cross-functional teams, and coordinate resources to improve win probability while aligning with customer requirements and CAE’s objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of capture experience, with strong communication and negotiation skills to navigate a dynamic defense market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, English, Communications or related field.
• Two to five years experience as a capture manager.
• Ability to lead teams in a volatile and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads capture activities from pursuit decision through contract award.
• Develops capture plans and win strategies aligned with customer requirements and CAE objectives.
• Builds cross-functional capture teams for technical solutions, pricing, and proposal strategy.
• Manages relationships with prospective customers and industry partners to support capture decisions.
