Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in reinsurance accounting, insurance, or similar financial role.
• Proficiency with MS Office apps, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams.
• Strong relationship building with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and metric-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical, financial accounting of premium, claim and reserves based on statement of accounts or bordereaux.
• Review reinsurance contracts to ensure policy adherence.
• Process and settle reinsurance claims with accuracy and efficiency.
• Generate reinsurance reports and analyses to support decision making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on statutory and reinsurance accounting guidance.
