Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Occupational Safety, Insurance, or related field.
• 5+ years of claims management experience in P&C insurance.
• Knowledge of workers’ compensation, general liability, auto liability, and property claims.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with captive insurance structures and TPAs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with captives to assess risk exposures and develop safety and loss prevention programs.
• Analyze claims trends to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with TPAs, brokers, and captive managers on claims activity.
• Prepare and present reviews and safety performance updates to captive boards.
• Support onboarding of new captive members by evaluating safety history.
• Stay current on OSHA regulations and evolving risk management practices.
