Capgemini is seeking a Captive Insurance SME to lead digital transformation initiatives for a major insurer's captive solutions business. You will bring deep domain expertise in Group Captive structures and work across frontline, back-office, and regulatory requirements to modernize platforms and optimise underwriting and risk management.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in captive insurance, including fronting carrier models, group captives, and protected cell structures.
Experience in P&C Commercial Lines, Group Captive, and other specialty insurance domains.

Responsibilities

Lead digital transformation initiatives for captive insurance offerings including fronting arrangements, group captives, and protected cell facilities.
Advise on modernization of captive management platforms, data analytics, and risk control systems.
Collaborate with underwriting, legal, actuarial, and claims teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.
