Capgemini seeks a Captive Insurance SME to lead digital transformation for a major insurer's captive solutions. You will apply deep domain expertise in group captives, fronting carrier models, and P&C lines to modernize platforms and enhance underwriting, risk, and compliance across engagements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, shaping strategy, governance, and technology enablement while driving client value and industry leadership in the captive space.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in captive insurance including fronting carrier models and group captives.
• Experience in P&C Commercial Lines, Group Captive, and other specialty insurance.
• Proven track record leading digital transformation initiatives within insurance.
• Deep understanding of underwriting, risk, legal, actuarial in captives.
• Experience with global domiciles and regulatory environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or professional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory & Transformation: lead digital strategy for captive offerings and regulatory alignment.
• Client Engagement & Delivery: serve as a primary SME and support feasibility studies and digital enablement.
• Innovation & Product Development: identify automation opportunities and develop captive capability frameworks.
• Thought Leadership: represent Capgemini in forums and contribute to industry insights.
