Job summary

Hylant is seeking a Captive Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of captive clients within the Global Captive Solutions Team. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting and demonstrate excellent communication and analytical abilities.

This role can be hybrid from any Hylant office location or 100% remote, with a strong emphasis on timely billing, premium tracking, and ensuring compliance across regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting is required or preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and analytical abilities are essential.
• Internship in captive industry or CPA firm is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Billing for management and consulting accurately and on time.
• Track premiums for clients accurately and on time.
• Communicate with clients and service providers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage a portfolio of captive clients with competing deadlines.
• Collaborate with captive professionals and other team members.
• Support RFP and client prospect presentations.
